Hi Dave,
Yes, we'd love to have you join us for one 12 mile loop (or any distance you prefer). Usually, on our Saturday Training sessions there are people going different distances and different paces. We generally break off into smaller groups to fit the individuals. We try to keep it low-key and fun for everyone. It will be a great way for you to get fit again.

Hi Don,
Wondering if its okay to do one loop (12 miles) with the group? I'm building my miles back up slowly after a 3 yr layoff.
If not, that's okay.
Thanks,
Dave Low
