Here's a few of fun photo's from this past weekend's Run to the Sun. Thank you to everyone that represented HURT during the Run to The Sun this past weekend. Being new to the island, it is great to meet such great people with such positive energy. I am looking forward to meeting all you in the future on many runs to come. Thanks again and awesome job.

Looks like we made it off of Haleakala just in time. Today at 11:30 The summit was pummeled by ice, hail and high winds. The National Park Service sustained gust of 70 mph at the park headquarter at the 7,000-foot level. The vistor center at the 10,000-foot elevation was closed due to iced. The wind chill factor at the summit was minus-2 degrees.
