Paul, Thanks for the race report. It was great running with you this past year. There were some great memories that will live on, and grow larger. You are a true inspiration! Keep the mud between your toes.

My friend you have got it RIGHT! It may sound trite, but for any race and its outcome "it is what it is." How often we forget to enjoy the journey. Congrats on a noble effort this year.
Normal CK is approximately 12 to 75 units/ml (depending on scale).
