Four HURT runners experienced a wonderful long Memorial Day weekend running on the trails of the Western States 100 as participants in the 2009 training camp. They were Gil Loomis, Rod Huddleston, Sarah McIntosh, and Marian Yasuda. It was a great three days of running getting to know the course and fine tuning for the race on June 27. Was that weekend the bomb! WS Training weekend is worth attending any time. Thanks for the great slide show- it was fun seeing all the familiar scenes again- American River, Rucky Chucky....
Now you've had the most complete training package you could have ever planned- you are so ready for WS- good luck!!! We'll be following you guys.

this video was sweet! If any WS runners will allow it, I would like to pack myself into someone's suitcase who is heading to Western so I can join in the fun. I'll pay an charges for the suitcase being over the weight limit...
