Johnny Landeza

Mahalo Mike for the words of wisdom!!! I do not consider myself a trail runner but I am trying to evolve into one. I (as well as the majority of us) am good at just ignoring the aches and pains and hope that they will somehow just go away. But the more we are out on the trails, the more those aches and pains seem to persist. Hope we can all find the balance between listening to our aches and pains and take a break and recognizing that it's just a "GOOD" sore and build upon it! Aloha, Johnny
