Rob:

Thanks so much. You saved me from a trip out on a strecher! It was really great of you. I was cramping so bad and I know I would have been in real trouble if you were not there for us.

Next year I will be a finisher. Foolish things have serious results on a day like Saturday. Congrats and thanks to everyone.

Johnny

Mahalo nui loa Rob for being there for all of us!!! The pictures are great. Wow...You took a lot! Hope to be in the finishers bracket next year!!!

Matt Stevens

sounds like Rob's aid station was a big hit. For those like me who couldn't come out, what are the stats and storylines of the race? How many people came out? How many finished? Were there tough stretches where the weather didn't cooperate? Anybody get lost? Shot by hunters? Look forward to hearing more details!

aloha, Matt

Rob: Like everyone else, I really appreciated the support you gave us out there. Your aid station was a welcomed relief after all those miles. You took some awesome action shots. I must have just missed the disco ball. I bet it was a motivating surprise to see it way up in those mountains.

rex

it was great to see you out there rob...thanks again for everything.

Steve Villiger

Thanks Rob, you are awesome! It was very brutal up there on Saturday and we couldn't have survived it without your help. And the disco ball was way cool!!

Mark Preston

Saturday was my first ultra and it was fun in a love of abuse way. The aide stations were awesome...thanks. You will seeing my smiling face again. Nice pics.

Jake H

Rob, Mahalo Nui to you and the rest of the Aid stations Crews. for my first Ultra ever...I can't imagine anyone else doing it better than HURT!

You were all positive and supportive...Awesome!

Like everything else you did yesterday, the pics are great. I don't think it was the camera that was out of focus, at least on the shots of me, because I know that by the second loop I was mentally unfocused and physically blurred. The camera was simply reflecting the indistinct reality. Thanks so much for spending the day up there, it was a tremendous help to everyone.

cheryl

the disco ball was great!!
thanks so much Rob,,,what a blesing you were for all of us out there yesterday!!
you make Hurt proud!

Sean

Great pics Rob! And many thanks on the aid station. You went above and beyond the call duty with the service and the amount of time you spent up there. And I can't thank you enough for the cold compresses. They were a lifesaver!

Andy

I'd also like to thank you for your support. The aid station was great, glow sticks awesome, and please don't apologize for your photographic skills, the pics are just fantastic! Many mahalos to you Rob!

Jeff

Ditto on what Larry said! Great pics! You were a lifesaver especially with yesterday's conditions!

Larry

These are great, Rob. Thanks for hiking all over the place to shoot these.

And a big "thank you" for your awesome aid station. Very well done. I only regret not seeing the disco ball and glow sticks!
