Saturday Training/HURT Potluck 1-30-10

Aloha Athletes !

This Saturday you have the wonderful opportunity to have a workout, eat some great food and visit with friends. So, plan to meet at the entrance to Hoomaluhia Botanical Garden this Saturday morning at 7:00 am. You can do repeats in the Garden or go up to Pali Lookout and back, then bring your car to the equestrian area inside the Garden around 10 am, along with something good to eat for potluck. It's suggested that you also bring a chair and some bug spray. Unfortunately it's looking like I'll have to miss this fun event due to a trip to the mainland. Have fun !  I'll miss you guys !  Don

From Peter:

"If folks want the original 4 mb files resolution files for some nefarious purpose, or if they have something else I can help them out with, or just want to tell me I made their nose look too big/small, they can contact me at peterdaspit at hotmail dot com and I'll try to help them out."
