It's Never To Late for the Perfect Gift for Your Male Runner Friends

Merry Christmas--Weekend Training

Aloha Athletes,

What you got planned for this weekend? Eggnog Repeats? Gift Wrap Fartleks? Jingle Bell Hills, HURT Loops?

What ever it is, I hope you take some time to relax, enjoy family and friends, and remember what the spirit of Christmas and the holidays are all about.

Post what you are doing for training below in the comments and you might find some company out on the trails.

See you out on there!

I'm planning Saturday afternoon Kokohead repeats or a Peacock loop. I get off work at 9am or so on Saturday and will get a late start on any miles. Mele Kalikimaka and Happy Boxing Day everyone!

Are you tired of the gloom, roots, and mud on the HURT course? Then come out out to sunny Dillingham airfield on Friday at 7:00am and do some Gordon Loops with me.

Bob Mc.

Thursday, 5:00 a.m. meet at the Nature Center for two HURT Loops. Feel free to join in along the way.
