The race directors received delivery of all the rain they ordered and then some today while we were out marking the trail. It's gonna be a perfect HURT race. : )

The course is almost entirely made of single track through the rain forest, with two road crossings. The first half has a lot of uphills, very scenic. The second half is mostly runnable downhill with a few short hills in between. If the trail is dry, road shoes are fine, but you may want something with more of a grip if it has rained (or is raining).

Can someone give me a description of the race trail?
