Aloha Athletes,
Run, repeat, run, repeat.
Same plan as last week folks. Get out there and run.
6:00 a.m. from the parking lot behind the Dillingham Airfield Control Tower or for the early birds, 4:30 from the bottom of long road. You run as much or as little as you want. Take food, lots of hydration and your electrolytes.
Got other plans? Post it in the Comments below.
Aloha, Bob

Great, thanks for the info. I'm tracking now. Rob--you are crazy! I guess that's a side effect of being part of HURT!

You can also look up 'Peacock Ultramarathon' on facebook.
The route you give is about 10 miles each way for a total of 20 miles. I've been thinking about having a separate run consisting of 5 laps of that route for a total of 100 miles. 5 times up Long Road and 5 times up Kealia? That could be a bit challenging!

What you have described in your comment is only about 1/2 of a loop.
Aloha,
Bob

Is the Peacock 50/100K route posted anywhere. Is it basically start at Dillingham Airfield go up Kealia, turn left toward Peacock Flats, go down Peacock Flats road and then turn around and go back?
