Triple Trek Course Preview/Training, 8/19

File_000Aloha All,

Another week to get out and get some time on the trail! Three more weeks (and two more weekends) until race day!!!

This Saturday, August 19, Jeff will be hosting another preview/training runs to go two full loops of the course. Meet at the picnic and restroom area at the Maunalaha-Kanealole trail head (by the Hawaii Nature Center) at 6am.

Runners are expected to bring adequate water and nutrition they may require. Depending on the time of sunrise, a small (handheld) flashlight or headlamp may be needed.

If you have not yet been on the Tantalus trails, please make it a point to remain with the group or be with someone who knows the course. Here is a map of the course. For those unfamiliar with the trails, feel free to print a copy for reference along the training run.

If you choose to do additional mileage or be on your own, be sure to have adequate water and nutrition as well as know the route (as well as your limits).

Please feel free to contact us via email at hurt3trek[at] .

Have a great remainder of the week and hope to see you on the trails!

Hi Rachel!

I just relaunched the 3T store and it will be open until next Wed, August 23rd. For this round, production will take until Sept 12 (hopefully sooner!), and from there shipping will about another 3 weeks. Sorry so long! Unfortunately they don't do rush orders or shipping.

I kept procrastinating and missed the shirt order date. Is it too late to order a women's small tank?
